Peoples work in pom oil mill have their own goal,  every day goal or goal for a long time.  This goal can influence their thinking,  how they work n how they do the work,  how they finish the work.  It is not about the factory but it is about people. 

People tend to work happily and try to find most confortable job to do. What is that comfortable job to them, many thing as what they think. 

Some one say no many job is comfortable  job.  So the less job to do is the better. 

Other say challenging job is comfortable, for the people like this to many job is comfortable because it is challenging.  

Some one say working by sitting in the office is comfortable,  other say it is boring.  And that ia the reality of the job environment it self.

No one can tend to be happy with the job they choose. Because they tend to other way when performing their job. Many factory difficult to tight their worker to work on one factory till the end, they sometimes need to enroll new candidate on the way. How it can be ? Yes, because the worker ini the factory boring and sometimes need to find new job with high salary in other factory.

Like in Palm Oil Mill, no worker endure for five year working in one factory. They tend to jump to other factory few year they get offering from others. It is to be the home works for all company in indonesia especially why they can stand for working in one factory along. 

It is to be the general trick use by the palm oil worker to grade up their position so in the short time they can be in high level althouht their capability under the standard of the new factory it self. 

How it can be ?, Yes it can, because they go to new factory in shor time, and order for higher level althaugt the condition of new factory is under the former. The worker can get higher level in three way, by connection, by capabilities, and by chance.
