As Robert T Kiyosaki Peoples work in pom oil mill have their own goal,  every day goal or goal for a long time.  This goal can influence their thinking,  how they work n how they do the work,  how they finish the work.  It is not about the factory but it is about people.  People tend to work happily and try to find most confortable job to do. What is that comfortable job to them, many thing as what they think.  Some one say no many job is comfortable  job.  So the less job to do is the better.  Other say challenging job is comfortable, for the people like this to many job is comfortable because it is challenging.   Some one say working by sitting in the office is comfortable,  other say it is boring.  And that ia the reality of the job environment it self. No one can tend to be happy with the job they choose. Because they tend to other way when performing their job. Dalam menjalankan pabrik diperlukan daya listrik Dimana daya listrik adalah (kW), bila daya dalam rentang waktu tertentu disebut energi ( kWh). Adalah umum digunakan pembangkit untuk mengolah TBS ( Tandan Buah Segar), seperti genset dan Turbin. Genset biasanya digunakan untuk start awal dan stop proses, dan membantu operasional boiler bila ada masalah.  Turbin digunakan untuk olah TBS, karena selain daya yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan elektromotor elektromotor dan penerangan di pabrik dan perumahan. Steam turbin juga diperlukan untuk proses perebusan TBS. Semakin banyak buah yang diolah semakin kecil daya ( kW / ton TBS ). Dan sebaliknya, semakin sedikit buah yang diolah semakin besar daya yang dibutuhkan. Hal itu terjadi karena dalam dalam daya yg dibutuhkan pabrik itu sendiri kalau kita pisah pisahkan ada daya tetap ( fix power consumed) dan daya tidak tetap    ( variable power consumed ).  Loh kaya budget aja ada fix cost dan variable cost. 😁😁😁. Memang ini logika penulis aja.
